• Due to the nature of cosmetic products, we only accept returns for unopened and unused items within 5 days of delivery.

• Refunds are processed upon receipt and inspection of returned products.

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect.

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after approval.

• We do not offer refunds for products that have been used, opened, or damaged due to customer mishandling.
